He also outlined the agreement, including a two-hour daily time limit for users ages 13 to 17, mandatory pauses after 15, 20, and 90 minutes to curb endless scrolling, nighttime usage blocks, and restrictions on push notifications during weekdays. Minnesota is expected to receive at least $214 million, distributed over the next nine years.
