President Trump delivered the commencement speech at the Coast Guard Academy for the graduating class of 2026 on May 20th. In his keynote address he praised cadet Thomas Rhodes who earned the perfect score on every fitness test for four straight years. He even joked that he 'wouldn't mess with him.'
