370 Cases Under Review After Retired LAPD Cop Seen on Video Hurling Racial Slurs at Black Man

The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office has announced it will conduct a review of 370 cases involving a retired LAPD officer after he was seen on video hurling racial slurs at a young Black man.
