‘You are the bad apple’: Judge rebukes former Logan police officer during sentencing for domestic violence

A Utah judge told a former police officer at his sentencing Monday that his criminal behavior “tainted” the public’s trust in his profession and warned the slightest of violations will result in a prison sentence.
