Candidate for New York City mayor Andrew Cuomo (I) held a newss conference as early voting began ahead of Election Day. He criticized Democratic nominee Zohran Mamdani for "being the offender" in dividing and attacking different groups of New Yorkers such as Jewish people and Italian-Americans. "New Yorkers need a mayor who is a peacemaker, not a divider," Mr. Cuomo said. He took questions from reporters about whether he feels he can make up ground in the final weeks of the race.
