Man berates woman for wearing a Puerto Rico flag shirt

A 62-year-old man was filmed harassing a woman in Cook County, Illinois, simply because she was wearing a Puerto Rico shirt in a park. The footage also shows a police officer not responding to the victim's requests for help.
