City centre residents are calling for the speed limit to be reduced on a small street after years of lorries causing horrific sound and diesel pollution. The group of homeowners and renters on Blackfriars Street in Norwich want the 20mph road, near Magdalen Street and the inner ring road, to be reduced to 5mph.
