Tulsi Gabbard Slams DNC for Lack of 'Transparency' in Debate Rules

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) told Breitbart News on Sunday evening that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) had arbitrary rules for qualifying for the presidential primary debates. Gabbard did not qualify for the September debate, despite having enough individual donors (more than 130,000), because she did not meet the polling requirement.
