Nellie Smith celebrated 1 year as the owner of her restaurant, Red Wagon Bakery, on March 15th. It was also the day she closed her doors to help flatten the curve during the coronavirus crisis. Now she’s adapting to a new way of running her business, while also helping feed those in need in her community.
