T'puram: An Intelligence report,reportedly handed over to the DGP, confirmed the allegation that there were irregularities in the postal ballots of the police personnel in the state. According to the report, irregularities took place in the collection of ballots. The leaders of the Left-leaning police association allegedly collected the postal ballots en masse and voted on them for the ruling front. However, the names of the association leaders do not find mention in the report, sources say.
