Palakkad: The Congress party is against the setting of brewery in Elappully, where drinking water is scarce. Congress has placed flags in the land brought by MP group for starting brewery. They had also demanded that VS Achuthanandan should make his stand clear in water exploitation in Malampuzha constituency.
