National champion lacrosse twins Cassidy and Courtney Weeks, with one bound for Team USA’s 2028 Olympics

Cassidy Weeks wanted to quit lacrosse after getting drilled in the head on her first day as a five-year-old, but her twin sister, Courtney, wouldn’t let her. The Bayport natives pushed each other from backyard wall ball battles to a national championship at Boston College, where Cassidy scored in the 2021 title game after overcoming a torn ACL. Now Cassidy is eyeing gold at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics with Team USA, while Courtney has already started building her own championship legacy as a state-winning high school coach.
