Harvard President attacks Trump crackdown on international students in fiery commencement

Harvard University president Alan Garber jabbed at the Trump administration’s crackdown on international student enrollment during his remarks at the Ivy League school’s graduation ceremony. He opened his May 29 remarks by welcoming, “Members of the Class of 2025, from down the street, across the country and around the world … just as it should be.” The same day, a federal judge in Massachusetts ordered the federal government not to make any permanent changes to Harvard University’s student visa program.
