INSANE Driver PLOWS Through Sidewalk to Evade NYPD

An INSANE Driver PLOWED through a sidewalk in an attempt to evade NYPD in NYC on Wednesday, and according to reports, hit several people including a police officer. Reportedly, the car was later found abandoned after the driver fled on foot.
