'You want me to shoot you?': 70-year-old allegedly tries to drown man who had been declared dead

A 70-year-old man was charged with attempted murder after he allegedly tried to drown a 21-year-old on crutches at a Hopkinton, MA, lake. Video being used in the prosecution shows Steve Dana slapping Matthew Duffy before a struggle broke out in which Dana seemingly forcefully holds Duffy under water.
