Terry Baccus, a landlord living in Great Yarmouth, rented out his property in Lowestoft to a tenant between January 2018 to September 2019. He eventually had her evicted for non-payment of rent, but she refused to leave the property, forcing Mr Baccus to go to court where he was granted a possession order.
