Dementia UK is launching ‘Lives on Hold’ – a new campaign which aims to shine a spotlight on the lockdown which dementia carers face on an ongoing basis, not just during the coronavirus pandemic. As part of the Lives on Hold campaign, the charity has created a compelling video demonstrating how the general public’s feelings of isolation, loneliness and significant day-to-day restrictions within the current lockdown are similar to past, present and future experiences for the thousands of people living with dementia in the UK.
