The singer’s book discusses her difficult upbringing and the racism she encountered as a child. Morgan says that an alleged fight he had with his father is “fictional” and that he has never tried to extort money from Carey. This comes after Carey’s sister filed a lawsuit against her for $1.25 million over the memoir. Carey claims that her sister Alison gave her Valium when she was 12 years old and threw boiling hot tea on her.
