Attorney Ted Olson Defended the 2012 'DACA' Work-Permit Giveaway at the Supreme Court

Ted Olson, who was George W. Bush's Solicitor General, was in the Supreme Court on Tuesday to argue that President Donald Trump improperly ended President Barack Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, amnesty. Olson argued that the award of several hundred thousand work permits via the DACA process was justified by other laws that grant work permits to people who get 'Deferred Action' status.
