Munnar: As the monsoon clouds clear, buds of Neelakurinji, the rare purplish-blue flower which blooms only once in 12 years, has started to appear. Munnar continues to maintain its high hopes and are eargerly looking forward to this spectacle. With the rainfall coming down and the partial restoration of traffic on the roads, the tourism sector have high hopes.
