Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) detailed in a House Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government hearing on Thursday how Bank of America had provided the FBI with not only a list of individuals who had used their services in the D.C. area during January 6, but had also provided the FBI with a list of people who used their services to ever purchase a firearm. This list was not limited in time or proximity to Washington, DC, or January 6, but seemingly included anyone who had ever done so.
