[Old Enough to Fight, Old Enough to Vote] was the grand-prize winner in C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam documentary contest. Adam Koch and Tyler Cooney, seniors at Dallas Center-Grimes High School in Grimes, Iowa, produced this video on the 26th Amendment. Mediacom was the local cable provider. C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme. The 2018 theme was: "The Constitution and You."
