Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat addressed a gathering in Assam's Guwahati. He gave a wide-ranging speech at the launch of a book on CAA & NRC by Gauhati University professor Nani Gopal Mahanta.
