'9-yr-old raped, killed, burned': Uproar in Parliament over Delhi case; Opposition demands justice

Massive uproar erupted in Parliament on Monday against the alleged gangrape and murder of a 9-year-old Dalit girl inside a crematorium near Delhi cantonment. Congress MP Shaktisinh Gohil had moved a motion seeking debate on the horrifying incident. He was joined by other opposition members demanding a statement from Centre over the rape horror. The opposition members were holding placards demanding justice for the victim. However when members received no response from the Centre, they resorted to sloganeering and created uproar in the House. Police have already arrested four accused including a priest for rape and murder.
