Jeh Johnson: Failing To Prosecute Trump Will 'Harm' Our Democracy

Former Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said Wednesday on MSNBC's "All In with Chris Hayes" that if the Department of Justice fails to prosecute former President Donald Trump it will harm our democracy.
