Albany County DA Soares: Gov Cuomo Under Criminal Investigation

Albany County District Attorney David Soares (D) said Tuesday on "NBC Nightly News With Lester Holt" that his office is carrying out a criminal investigation into Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY).
