A U.S. pharmaceutical company needed a system to feed orient and place three (3) different dosage cups onto corresponding liquid filled medicine bottles at output rates ranging from 85 to 160 bottles per minute depending on size of bottle. The CMA turret is designed with individual vacuum heads that lift each cup up and gently place it over the capped/filled liquid bottle.
