Human Smuggler Attempts to SWIM BACK TO MEXICO to Flee Texas DPS

An illegal immigrant human smuggler attempted to SWIM BACK TO MEXICO, across the Rio Grande River, in order to flee from Texas DPS troopers, but was apprehended anyway, along with another illegal immigrant.
