Complainants Will Be Punished If Turned Hostile To Protect Rape Accused: SC

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has said that the complainant in a rape case would be punished if she turns hostile to protect the accused or those involved in the crime. In this case, the evidences in connection with this case would be looked into and based on this necessary actions would be initiated. This important verdict was made by the bench lead by Justice Ranjan Gogoi.
