Why PM Modi got loud applause at UNGA on Covid vaccine move; says India made world's 1st DNA jab

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's announcement at the United Nations General Assembly that India has resumed export of Covid-19 vaccines to help less fortunate nations was met with loud applause. He also hailed Indian scientists for developing the world's first DNA vaccine against Covid.
