President Trump hosted an Oval Office swearing-in ceremony for Tulsi Gabbard to become director of National Intelligence following her 52-48 confirmation vote in the Senate. The president Trump spoke prior to Ms. Gabbard's swearing-in and then later answered questions from reporters on the war in Ukraine and talks of peace with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
