Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Monday the situation for his troops was improving having "halted" Russian advances on the front. he also responded to French president Emmanuel Macron's suggestion that Western troops could be deployed in Ukraine by saying that 'as long as Ukraine holds, the French army can stay on French territory".
