Plans for a new multi-million pound venue in the heart of Norwich

Developers have outlined their vision for the new venue, called The Block which could create up to 200 jobs. They want to build on land off Mountergate, looking to take a 10-year-lease on the land, next to Rose Lane multi-storey car park.
