Idukki: New Sub Collector Renu Raj said that strict actions would be taken against buildings constructed illegally on the riverbanks at Idukki. Three buildings that have started construction in the riverbanks have been issued stop-memo. The order says that the buildings blocking the flow of the river would be demolished immediately.
