Alleged KC Shooter Held Down by Police After Parade-Goers Tackle Man with Gun

Video footage has surfaced of the aftermath of the shooting that took place at a parade for the Chiefs in Kansas City, MO, after a couple of people tackled an alleged shooter and separated him from the gun he had before police took over.
