[From Letters to Legislation] was one of the second-prize high school east division winners in C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam documentary contest. Annabelle Jones and Erin Peters, seniors at Richland Northeast High School in Columbia, South Carolina, produced this video on the 2024 theme: "Looking Forward While Considering the Past," with these two prompts: a) "In the next 20 years, what is the most important change that you would like to see in America?" -- OR b) "Over the past 20 years, what has been the most important change in America?" The local cable provider was Spectrum. C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme.
