Suspicious person and concerning devices spotted around NYPD arson scene

Eight NYPD vehicles were torched in a Brooklyn parking lot early Thursday — with undetonated explosive devices also found after two masked suspects were seen running away, police and sources said. Police and FDNY responded to a report of multiple vehicles ablaze at a lot in Bushwick at the intersection of Central and DeKalb avenues — just a block from the 83rd Precinct stationhouse — around 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
