Brad Smith, Microsoft's president, was at the Supreme Court on Tuesday to defend President Barack Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, amnesty. Smith ducked a question about the legal foundations for the Optional Practical Training program which is used by Microsoft to hire foreign graduates in place of American graduates.
