Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison (D) and Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty held a news conference to provide an update on the investigation into the shooting death of a Minneapolis woman by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent. Moriarty explained that her office may not be able to reach a "charging decision" in the case because the FBI had excluded the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension from the investigation. She and Ellison asked the public to submit evidence, including videos, from the incident to her department.
