Horrific footage captured the moment a mass shooting happened at a bar in Oakland, leaving two dead and five injured. In the video a fight appears to break out, which results in gunfire outside EZ’s Lounge near 14th and Franklin streets, about a block from City Hall, as people run to take cover in a stampede. The clip shows one man walk up to another and push him. A few seconds later, gunshots are heard. The man who started the push falls to the ground, pulls out a gun and fires several shots before fleeing.
