Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has helped place over 4,500 artificial reefs throughout the State of Florida. One FGCU Student is looking to bring lack locked thrill seekers to the depth on one of the more popular scuba destinations with an immersive pseudo-underwater experience.
