AG Bill Barr Announces DHS Complaints Against Sanctuary State, County

Speaking at a National Seriffs event Monday afternoon, U.S. Attorney General William Barr announced that the Department of Homeland Security was filing complaints against the state of New Jersey and King County, Washington, for blocking federal efforts to identify and deport illegal criminal aliens. "We will consider taking action against any jurisdiction that, or any politician who, unlawfully obstructs the federal law enforcement function or the enforcement of our immigration laws," Barr said.
