Wayanad: Protests against the granite quarries at Wayanad has intensified. Post the floods the prices of granite have risen and the quarries which were closed due to landslide threat have started functioning again. The Life Mission project had said in the press meet that the rocks would be sold at half its price. but instead the prices have soared high.
