T'puram: Chief Electoral Officer of Kerala Teeka Ram Meena will submit the report on the alleged bogus voting, which took place at a polling booth in Kannur, to the Central Election Commission on Monday. It is said that the District Collector of Kannur has already confirmed the incidence of bogus voting, sources say. The CEO said that EC viewed the incident very seriously.
