Christian Urrutia, a Democratic candidate to represent New Hampshire's 1st Congressional District, spoke at a house party in Portsmouth. Urrutia said he would be a progressive voice in Congress who would fight against Republicans' agenda and take on President Trump. He spoke about his background as a first-generation immigrant, his service in the armed forces, and his experience as a human rights lawyer.
