Some pubs won't be able to reopen due to tier 2 restrictions

The Beehive pub in Norwich is one of the many pubs that won't be able to reopen once lockdown has been lifted. Pubs are only allowed to reopen under the tier 2 restrictions if they serve a substantial sit down meal.
