Dog Acting "Vicious" Realizes She's Seeing Favorite Vet Nurse And Immediately Changes Tone | Wild-ish TV

A dog owner has shared the amusing moment her pooch instantly turned from acting "vicious" to loving when she realized she was visiting her favorite veterinary nurse. 12-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier Rosie had a troubled past, which saw her being seized by animal authorities and needing one of her legs to be amputated. As a result, Rosie is extremely scared of people and other animals, her owner Maria Wulf, 37, said, which causes her to angrily growl until she feels comfortable. This was the case when she paid a visit to her local vets in Wolstanton near Stoke-on-Trent, UK, on September 12, with Rosie sitting next to Maria and growling at anything that moved. Knowing Rosie has had positive experiences at this veterinary center in the past, though, Maria took out her phone, waiting for the moment her pooch realized she was seeing her favorite veterinary nurse. And then, sure enough, when the moment happened, Rosie immediately stopped growling and tried to pull her way into the room with excitement. The clip Maria was able to capture was only 10 seconds long – and she was not able to get the name of Rosie's beloved veterinary nurse – but she later shared it on social media to a loving response. She posted the video to encourage others not to encourage all dogs by how they are acting, as some might have underlying reasons for how they are behaving, like Rosie's fearful growls.
