State law enforcement officers urge life jacket use after 2 weekend water deaths in Utah

There are new words of caution today from state law enforcement about safety on the water. It's after deaths at Yuba State Park and at Causey Reservoir, where investigators say a man jumped from a cliff and never resurfaced.
