DOPE KITCHEN makes SHRIMP TACOS

<p>I forgot to buy some key ingredients for this recipe (these tacos really could have used some avocado and fresh cilantro) but alas, I still made a pretty delicious and simple tacos with some ingredients that I had in my pantry! I may be chaotic, but I am still satisfied with my final product! </p><p><br></p><p>1 lb shrimp</p><p>Salt &amp; pepper</p><p>Garlic powder</p><p>Onion powder</p><p>Smoked paprika</p><p>Chili powder</p><p>Juice of 1 lime</p><p><br></p><p>1/4 head of red cabbage, thinly sliced and chopped</p><p>Juice of 1 lime</p><p>Salt</p><p>Pepper</p><p><br></p><p>1/4 cup Greek yogurt</p><p>1 tsp harissa paste (more if desired)</p><p>Pinch of salt and pepper</p><p>Juice of 1/2 lime</p><p>Water, if needed, to thin it out</p><p><br></p><p>Flour taco-sized tortillas</p><p><br></p><p>Combine all shrimp ingredients and let it marinate while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.</p><p><br></p><p>Thinly slice the cabbage, then dice into smaller pieces. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper and let it sit while you prepare the rest of the dish.</p><p><br></p><p>Combine Greek yogurt, harissa paste, salt and pepper, lime juice, and a splash of water if needed to thin it out.</p><p><br></p><p>Cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes per side in a skillet over medium high heat. </p><p><br></p><p>Assemble the tacos: Plate flour tortillas and add shrimp, harissa yogurt, and cabbage slaw. Serve and enjoy!</p>
