Nathan Salem arrives for a preliminary hearing at District Judge Cheryl Peck Yakopec's courtroom in Allegheny Township this morning. Salem is charged with first-degree murder and criminal homicide in connection to the Dec. 21 shooting death of David "Mogie" Magill, 64, of Lower Burrell.
